Mrs. Emily Elliot Hadley was killed at Thorntown last Sunday week while returning from the morning service. It is thought that her shoe caught in the railroad crossing as the heels of both shoes were torn off. Mrs. Hadley lived here at one time and was the aunt of Henry McCampbell. - typed by kbz
